By accessing and using Takavlp's website, mobile app, or any of our other services, you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Takavlp and the member.

Takavlp is an online betting and gaming platform serving members in Bangladesh and select regions. Use of our services is subject to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Scope of Application

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all Takavlp services — including the website, mobile app, live betting, casino games, and all other sections.

• The Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions is the governing document. In the event of any discrepancy with a translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.

Eligibility for Registration

• Each individual may only create one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• You must register with a valid mobile number that is registered in your own name.
• Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use Takavlp.

Account Security

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you believe your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

KYC Verification

Takavlp complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. We may request identity verification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawals or after a certain transaction volume. This may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification.

The following rules apply strictly to all betting activity on Takavlp — including pre-match, live betting, and outright bets.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final. Confirmed bets cannot typically be cancelled.
• Takavlp reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds resulting from a technical error.
• If an event does not start at the scheduled time or is postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Takavlp's applicable rules.
• If less than 50% of a match has been played, all bets are generally voided and stakes are returned.
• Odds changes during live betting may cause a slight delay in bet acceptance — this is a normal part of the process.

Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

Match Manipulation & Fraud

Match manipulation, betting on insider information, and any other fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

Takavlp supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile payment systems, making deposits and withdrawals quick and easy. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method and account tier.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally processed instantly.
• You must use your own mobile banking account when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• If a deposit fails or is delayed, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes, and no later than 24 hours.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Takavlp complies with anti-money laundering laws and reserves the right to hold suspicious transactions pending investigation.

Takavlp offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used for legitimate betting purposes only. Any attempt to abuse a bonus will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Takavlp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or household will be treated as bonus abuse.

Welcome Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered members only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times.
• Welcome bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Only bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher will count towards wagering requirements.

Takavlp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account when necessary to protect its members and maintain the integrity of the platform.

Reasons Your Account May Be Closed

• Registering with a false identity or fabricated information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Engaging in fraud or harmful activities targeting other members.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a minor to use your account, or being underage yourself.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or attempting to hack the system.

Voluntary Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets will be settled before closure, and you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance.

Takavlp believes that betting is a form of entertainment, not a guaranteed source of income. We care about the wellbeing and financial safety of our members, and have measures in place to promote responsible betting.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A cooling-off period (from 1 day up to 6 months) is available for members who want to take a break from betting.
• A permanent self-exclusion option is available, allowing members to block their own access to the platform.
• Use parental controls to protect minors.
